Badung - For two days in Pecatu, golf balls soared between Bali's coastal cliffs and open ocean. But for GOLF, there was far more at stake than just leaderboard scores.

Through the Mangkuluhur Cup 2026, PT Intra GolfLink Resorts Tbk (IDX: GOLF) aims to demonstrate that a golf course can serve as a meeting point for sport, tourism, community, and environmental stewardship.

Mangkuluhur Cup 2026 was held at New Kuta Golf, Bali on 21–22 August 2026. This tournament forms part of GOLF's efforts to establish New Kuta Golf as a leading sports tourism destination, while also diversifying activities to develop the wider Pecatu area.

Events did not remain confined to the fairways. Alongside the tournament, GOLF ran coral reef conservation programs at Pandawa Beach, as well as charity initiatives for Palapa Mosque in the Bali Pecatu Graha estate and Al Istiqomah Palm Hill Mosque in Sentul.

Mangkuluhur Cup 2026 Strengthens Golf Community Engagement At New Kuta Golf

The 2026 Mangkuluhur Cup brought together golf communities, business partners, and GOLF stakeholders for an agenda that blended competitive play with professional networking.

New Kuta Golf was strategically chosen for this concept. Located in Pecatu, Badung, this par 72, 18-hole course is laid across limestone cliff terrain with unobstructed Bali coastline panoramas.

This unique landscape delivers a distinct experience for golfers. Visitors do not travel here only to play 18 holes, but also to experience one of Bali's most characterful tourist districts.

By hosting this tournament, GOLF works to boost visitor activity while deepening engagement with golf communities, tourists, and local estate residents.

The goal is not just to fill the course during tournament weekends, but to build a destination that gives people ongoing reasons to visit year round.

The Links Agrotourism Completes New Kuta Golf Area Development

GOLF is expanding this integrated vision with the development of The Links Agrotourism zone.

This project is designed as an agrotourism destination combining recreation, nature immersion and environmental education. Covering approximately 1.3 hectares, the site will include greenhouse facilities for hydroponic vegetable cultivation and melon farming.

The addition of The Links Agrotourism expands the range of activities available within the New Kuta Golf estate.

While the golf course remains the sporting heart of the area, the agrotourism zone offers alternative experiences for family groups and general visitors. This concept also redefines what a golf estate can be: not just a venue for sport, but a multi-purpose destination.

In this way, golf, nature recreation, education and leisure all operate as complementary elements within one integrated area.

Development Progress: The Links Golf Villa And Commercial Facilities

New Kuta Golf's development also extends into the residential property sector.

The Links Golf Villa is an integrated residential development built within the golf estate boundary. GOLF is continuing construction works for the estate, including Cluster 2 Type 2 which will comprise 43 residential units.

Additionally, a commercial centre is currently under development to support daily activity within the area. This facility is scheduled to begin operations in September 2026, with onboarding underway for tenants including a supermarket and food & beverage outlets.

GOLF is also developing a dedicated wedding and events venue adjacent to Hole 17 of New Kuta Golf. This facility is on track to open in October 2026, with bookings already confirmed for events in November 2026.

These combined developments have expanded the function of New Kuta Golf dramatically. Golfers come to play, residents live on site, tourists visit for recreation, while communities and event organisers gain dedicated public spaces.

GOLF Chief Executive Officer Dwi Febri Astuti added that development at New Kuta Golf is being carried out in gradual, integrated stages.

"Our focus is ensuring that New Kuta Golf continues to grow into a destination that delivers a complete, high quality experience for golfers, residents, tourists and local communities alike."

Development of The Links Golf Villa, commercial facilities, The Links Agrotourism zone and the wedding & events venue all form core parts of this strategy.
