Persib vs Dewa United Result: Goals from Marc Klok and Balsa Sekulic Save Maung Bandung

Persib Bandung had to settle for a share of the points after playing out a 2-2 Draw against Dewa United on the fourth matchweek of the Super League. Playing at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium in Soreang, Bandung Regency on Sunday evening, 11 October 2026 WIB, Maung Bandung successfully mounted a comeback after falling two goals behind.

Dewa United opened the scoring in the 23rd minute through Egy Maulana Vikri. The winger reacted sharply to capitalise on a loose ball during a chaotic scramble inside Persib's penalty area.

With a clean right-footed strike, Egy placed the ball past Teja Paku Alam to put the visiting side 1-0 ahead.

Persib conceded again right before the half-time break. During first half stoppage time, Noah Sadaoui extended Dewa United's lead to 2-0 with an accurate placed shot that Teja failed to stop.

Trailing by two goals in front of their home supporters, Persib ramped up their pressure after the interval. The home side's efforts paid off in the 51st minute when Balsa Sekulic converted a penalty to narrow the deficit to 1-2.

Persib immediately rode this momentum to push for an equaliser. Just three minutes later, Marc Klok registered his name on the scoresheet with a first-time shot struck from outside the penalty box.

Klok's strike flew past Sonny Stevens into the net, bringing the score level at 2-2. This goal reignited Persib's chances of completing a full comeback.

Dewa United actually had a clear opportunity to retake the lead in the 65th minute. After Marukawa won possession off Klok, the away side launched a rapid counter-attack that broke open Persib's defensive line.

The ball was played through to Denilson inside the penalty area, but his final finish missed the target, drifting wide of the left post of Persib's goal.

As the match entered its final phase, both sides continued pushing for a winning goal. Persib tried to build on their comeback momentum, while Dewa United looked to regain the lead through fast break attacks.

Despite both sides trading sustained spells of attacking pressure, no additional goals were scored before the final whistle. Persib Bandung and Dewa United therefore shared the points, with this fourth Super League matchweek fixture concluding at a 2-2 scoreline.
