Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team will appear with a distinct look when competing at the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia. The Tavullia, Italy-based squad has prepared a special Garuda bird livery for their Ducati Desmosedici GP machines, created as a tribute to Indonesia.

This livery design will be used throughout the MotoGP Championship round at Mandalika Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara, held 9-11 October. The Garuda is the central element of the design, and also serves as a symbol of the close bond between the team and Indonesia.

PT Pertamina Lubricants President Director Sigit Pranowo stated that this livery carries a special message onto the global Motorsport stage.

"Through this Garuda livery, we want to send a message to the world about Indonesia's spirit and national pride on the international Motorsport stage," Sigit remarked during the official unveiling for the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team Garuda livery, held in Jakarta.

For Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team, the Mandalika round holds special priority on their season calendar. Indonesia has become the team's second home, as their relationships with local fans and stakeholders continue to grow stronger over time.

"This livery celebrates the deep connection between Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team and Indonesia through the symbolic Garuda," he added.

The Garuda artwork is designed to appear as though it is soaring across the Ducati Desmosedici GP chassis. Both wings extend across the left and right sides of the motorcycle, while the Garuda's head is positioned on the fuel tank section.

Red and white form the dominant colour palette. A white base coat is used, with the Garuda itself rendered in red - creating an immediate visual identity unmistakably associated with Indonesia.

Gold flame accents complete the base design, complemented by the signature fluorescent yellow of Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team applied to the fairing sections.

As with previous special liveries, this custom design was once again developed by Aldo Drudi and Drudi Performance. The final result does not only deliver a fresh on-track appearance, but also carries iconic Indonesian symbolism onto MotoGP circuits.

Sigit explained that the Garuda carries powerful meaning representing spirit and courage. These values align perfectly with the character of the team as they prepare to compete at one of the most important rounds of the season.

For this reason, the Garuda livery forms part of the team's tribute to Indonesia throughout the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia event.

"We also hope this livery will inspire even more people to feel pride seeing Indonesia represented on the MotoGP grid," he stated.

The livery was unveiled at Pertamina's Jakarta Production Unit. This facility is part of the Pertamina Enduro brand story: not only do the team use products manufactured here, but this facility also helps carry the Indonesian name onto the global Motorsport stage.

Speaking on behalf of the racing squad, Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team Director Alessio Salucci noted that Indonesia holds a very special place for the team. Overwhelming support from Indonesian fans has been a core driver of the growing bond between both sides.

Salucci stated the entire team is honoured to return to Mandalika running this custom design that reflects their close ties with Indonesia.

"We hope all the fans will feel proud seeing the Garuda displayed on our motorcycles," he said.

The Garuda theme will not be limited to the race bikes alone. For the duration of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia event, Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team will also run custom Kappa racing leathers and team jerseys.

These jerseys feature the Garuda motif using the same colour scheme as the motorcycle livery, to reinforce the Indonesian themed presentation. The team will also wear matching custom caps for the event.

Both the jerseys and caps will be available for purchase via official Kappa and VR46 Tribe channels. This means the Indonesian identity will not only be present on the race track, but across all elements of the team's public appearance throughout the Mandalika race Weekend.
