Indonesia is fielding its top players across five categories for the Denmark Open 2026. This BWF World Tour Super 750 Badminton Tournament will be held at Jyske Bank Arena, Odense, Denmark, on 13–18 October.
Based on the squad list published via official social media accounts of the All Indonesia Badminton Association (PBSI), Indonesia has sent representatives for men's singles, Women's Singles, men's doubles, Women's Doubles, and mixed doubles.
In the men's singles sector, Jonatan Christie stands as one of Indonesia's leading hopes, alongside Alwi Farhan and Mohammad Zaki Ubaidillah. All three will compete against the world's top ranked players, in a tournament that brings heavy challenges right from the opening round.

14 Indonesian representatives are undertaking the European badminton tour, with Jonatan Christie serving as the squad's main leading hope for the series of matches.
PBSI maintains 2026 Asian Games gold medal momentum, with preparations and target tracking running from Denmark Open through to the HYLO Open.
World No. 1 Men's Singles Jonatan Christie was defeated by Jason Gunawan at the 2026 China Masters.
Jonatan is the most experienced player among Indonesia's three representatives in this category. Meanwhile, Alwi and Zaki have been granted the opportunity to test their capabilities against Super 750 level competition.
Putri Kusuma Wardani As Sole Women's Singles Representative
Unlike the men's singles draw, Indonesia only entered one player for women's singles: Putri Kusuma Wardani.
With only one representative competing, all national focus for this category will follow Putri's progress throughout the tournament. She will need to navigate fierce competition to keep Indonesia's hopes alive for a deep run in Odense.
The limited number of entries in women's singles means every match carries high stakes for Indonesia, as the nation fights to remain in contention through the later stages of the competition.
Five Pairs Fill Men's Doubles Contingent
Men's doubles is the category with the largest Indonesian representation for this event. PBSI has fielded five pairs to compete for the best possible results at Denmark Open 2026.
These five pairs are Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri, Sabar Karyaman Gutama/Mohammad Reza Pahlevi Isfahani, Raymond Indra/Nikolaus Joaquin, Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin, as well as Devin Artha Wahyudi/Ali Faathir Rayhan.
This line-up gives Indonesia multiple options to compete in one of the nation's traditional flagship badminton disciplines. The varying experience levels and distinct playing styles of each pair will also form a compelling aspect of their tournament run.
Men's doubles competition demands consistent performance right from the very first match. The official draw will determine each pair's opening opponents, as well as give an early indication of the path they will face to progress through subsequent rounds.
Three Women's Doubles Pairs, Two Mixed Doubles Entries
For the women's doubles category, Indonesia is relying on three pairs: Rachel Allessya Rose/Febi Setianingrum, Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma/Meilysa Trias Puspitasari, and Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti.
All three pairs will aim to deliver maximum results against the world's elite ranked duos. Successfully clearing the opening rounds will form a crucial foundation to keep Indonesia's tournament chances alive.
Meanwhile, Indonesia has fielded two pairs in mixed doubles: Amri Syahnawi/Nita Violina Marwah, and Dejan Ferdinansyah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu.
These two pairs complete the full Indonesian national squad for Denmark Open 2026. With representation across all competition sectors, Indonesia holds opportunities to secure results across every discipline, though progress for every player and pair will ultimately be decided by on-court performance.
Arena Familiarisation Set As Pre-Tournament Agenda
Before competitive matches commence, the Indonesian team is scheduled to attend an official arena practice session. This session will allow all players to adapt to the court conditions at Jyske Bank Arena.
Across six days of competition, physical readiness, playing consistency and adaptability will act as critical determining factors for all Indonesian representatives.
Fielding a full contingent across all five sectors puts Indonesia in position to compete strongly at Denmark Open 2026. All attention now turns to the official tournament draw, and the ability of the players to convert their preparations into positive results on court.
