Bali United and Borneo FC both secured three points on the second matchweek of the 2026/27 Super League, on Saturday evening 12 September 2026 WIB.
Bali United delivered a convincing performance to crush Isenmulang Kalteng FC 4-1 at Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar. Meanwhile, Borneo FC had to work far harder before claiming a 1-0 away victory over hosts Persijap Jepara at Bumi Kartini Stadium.
Bali United's dominant win was heavily driven by Thijmen Goppel's outstanding display. The player netted a brace and emerged as one of the key figures behind Serdadu Tridatu's second consecutive victory.

Isenmulang Kalteng FC actually posed early threats at the start of the match. Kenji found space to unleash a shot, but his attempt drifted just wide off Bali United's goal frame.
The hosts then began to take full control of the game. After creating a series of chances, Bali United finally broke the deadlock in the 35th minute.
Goppel opened the scoring with a headed finish connecting Teppei Yachida's corner kick delivery. This goal boosted Bali United's confidence as they continued to dictate the match tempo.
The hosts extended their lead just before half-time. Yachida added his name to the scoresheet with a curved strike that found the top right corner of Isenmulang's goal.
Bali United closed the first half holding a comfortable 2-0 advantage.
Serdadu Tridatu came out even more aggressively after the half-time break. Johnny Jansen's side kept pressing Isenmulang's defensive line and created multiple further scoring opportunities.
One chance fell to Tim Geypens, who attempted a long-range strike from outside the penalty box, only for Isenmulang goalkeeper Jefri Wiboro to deny the effort.
Bali United's pressure finally paid off again in the 77th minute. Irfan Jaya unleashed a powerful shot from outside the box that Jefri failed to secure properly.
The ball crossed the goal line, putting Bali United 3-0 ahead.
Goppel then rounded off his perfect night with his second goal. Deep into normal time, he capitalised on a poor clearance error from goalkeeper Jefri.
Goppel immediately fired a long-range effort that sailed straight into Isenmulang's net, extending Bali United's lead to 4-0.
Isenmulang only managed a consolation goal in stoppage time. Douglas Cruz calmly converted a penalty kick in the 90+6th minute.
This goal only reduced the deficit to 1-4. Bali United held their advantage until the final whistle, securing all three points on home ground.
Borneo FC Claim Dramatic Away Win In Jepara
In the other fixture, Borneo FC travelled home with full points from Persijap Jepara's ground. Pesut Etam picked up a narrow 1-0 victory in a match filled with dramatic incidents.
Borneo FC applied immediate pressure right from kick-off. The away side broke the deadlock after just three minutes of play.
The attack originated down the left flank through Reva Adi Utama, who played the ball into Persijap's defensive area where it fell to Ikhsan Nul Zikrak.
Ikhsan controlled the ball before firing an initial shot that was saved by the Persijap goalkeeper. The loose rebound fell perfectly for Rodrigo Santos Varanda, who fired home the opening goal.
Persijap tried to respond by stepping up their attacking pressure. The hosts were awarded a penalty in the 27th minute after Juan Douglas went down during a challenge inside the box.
However, the referee reversed the decision after judging that Douglas had committed a dive. Persijap were denied the chance to equalise from the spot.
The drama did not end there. Deep into second half stoppage time, Persijap found themselves in an increasingly difficult situation.
Goalkeeper Sendri Johansah was shown a straight red card in the 90+4th minute for handling the ball outside the penalty area.
To make matters worse, Persijap had already used all their permitted substitutions. As a result, outfield player Juan Douglas was forced to take over as goalkeeper for the remaining minutes.
Borneo FC successfully defended their lead until the final whistle. The 1-0 scoreline held, and all three points went to the visiting side.
Bali United Top The League Standings
With these three additional points, Bali United are the only side so far holding a maximum 6 points, earning them top spot in the provisional 2026/27 Super League standings.
Meanwhile, Isenmulang Kalteng FC remain rooted at the very bottom of the table.
Borneo FC now sit in 8th position with 3 points. Persijap Jepara remain in 16th place, having failed to collect any points from their opening two matches.
